By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

LILE ليل is a Lebanese online store specialising in children's clothing, operating through lilelb.store.

 

• Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a pricing error or stock unavailability.
• All prices are listed in US dollars ($) and may change without prior notice.
• Payment is available cash on delivery or via the methods specified in the store.

 

• All listed products are subject to availability — we cannot guarantee that all sizes or colours are in stock at all times.
• Product photos reflect the actual item as accurately as possible. Minor colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
• Every piece at LILE is hand-picked from trusted suppliers — quality is our first commitment.

 

All shipments are governed by our separate Shipping Policy available on the store. By placing an order, you accept the delivery terms outlined there.

 

• Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
• Cash refunds are not available — exchanges or store credit only.
• Sale items and special offers are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• To start an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram @lb_lile.

 

• We collect your information (name, phone number, address) solely to fulfil your orders.
• We do not share your data with any third party for commercial purposes.
• By contacting us via WhatsApp or Instagram, you consent to order-related communication from us.

• LILE is not responsible for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products.
• In the case of a manufacturing defect, our obligation is limited to an exchange or cancellation

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the store immediately. Continuing to shop with us means you accept the updated terms.

بزيارتك لمتجرنا أو شرائك منه، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل إتمام أي طلب.

LILE ليل هو متجر إلكتروني لبناني متخصص في ملابس الأطفال، ويعمل عبر lilelb.store.

 

• يُعدّ طلبك مؤكداً فور استلام رسالة التأكيد عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني.
• نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ في السعر أو نفاد المخزون.
• الأسعار المعروضة بالدولار الأمريكي ($) وقابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.
• الدفع متاح عند الاستلام أو عبر الطرق المحددة في المتجر.

تخضع عمليات الشحن لسياسة الشحن المنفصلة المتاحة على المتجر. بتقديم طلبك، فإنك تقبل شروط التوصيل المحددة فيها.

 

• يُقبل الاستبدال خلال 2 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، شرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية غير مستعمل.
• لا يُقبل الإرجاع نقداً — الاستبدال بمنتج آخر أو رصيد في المتجر فقط.
• المنتجات المخفّضة أو العروض الخاصة غير قابلة للاستبدال إلا في حالة العيوب التصنيعية.
• للبدء بطلب استبدال، تواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو إنستغرام @lb_lile.

 

• نجمع بياناتك (الاسم، الهاتف، العنوان) لغرض تنفيذ الطلبات فقط.
• لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تجارية.
• التواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو إنستغرام يعني موافقتك على التواصل المتعلق بطلبك.

 

• LILE غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام منتجاتنا.
• في حال وجود عيب مصنعي، التزامنا هو الاستبدال أو الإلغاء — لا أكثر.

 

نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. أي تغيير سيُنشر على المتجر مباشرةً، واستمرارك في الشراء يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.
